Homecooking farm to table Delivery Policy
Every order is important to me because I know how important it is to you. I make every effort to ensure the quality and accuracy. Because I constantly seek ways to bring my products and service to highest level, I welcome your comments and inquiries. Also, if you are not completely satisfied with the quality of one of my products, then please contact me immediately and I will promptly take the appropriate action.
1. 1. General Information
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.
1. 2. Delivery Location and Times
Delivery is offered three days a week (Sunday, Thursday and Saturday). Deliveries take place between hours 9 am- 3 pm.
For orders above 500$ mark other times can be arranged.
On-location pickup is offered seven days a week during operating hours. Pickups can be made the same day if groceries are ordered online and are in stock.
Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to the cities listed bellow. Any deliveries to other locations are not available at this time.

1. 3. Delivery Time
An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order on the day of the date of your order.

1. 5. Delivery Fees
Delivery Fee calculation based on driving distance range cost between store address & customer address. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, delivery charges will be displayed. Sales tax is charged accordingly.

1. 8. Specific Times
We are unable to guarantee delivery at a specific time, but we are normally able to deliver within an hour on orders. You may request a time frame in the special instruction box when ordering, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
1. 9. Incorrect Addresses
Homecooking Farm to Table is not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses submitted to us by the customer. If such a delivery is made, the customer assumes responsibility for the entire purchase.
1. 10. Canceling an Order
Same-day orders are processed immediately, and usually cannot be changed. To cancel or change an order that has not been processed, please call 1(416)917-3297. There will be a cancelation fee of 30% of the amount of your order.
1. 11. Recipient May be Contacted
In some cases, the we may contact the recipient to ensure s/he will be home to accept the delivery.
1. 12. Recipient Refusal of Delivery
If the recipient refuses to accept a delivery, s/he may be held fully liable for the cost of goods purchased.
